"I was with State Farm and Corey Hernandez, for many, many years, about a year ago I left them and went to progressive, because my rates, we're skyrocketing, and whenever i asked why I was never able to get a explanation. With the switch, I almost saved $300 a month. But my daughter stayed with them. She recently got into an accident and has been calling daily for over a week and can't even get a response. Very disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone at this point."

"I can’t say enough good things about Merci (who helped me from the Cory Hernandez team, and there is also a girl named Katie who has been helpful, as well.) A few years ago my great uncle passed away, and then a month later my aunt passed away, as well. She was supposed to take care of my great uncle’e estate, so basically there were now TWO estates that did not have an appointed administrator, so I took on the responsibility. These past few years have been the most stressful, chaotic, and (at times) depressing years of my life. I have dealt with so much red tape, so many dead ends, and so many people (many of whom hate their job) from multiple institutions. The ones who stand out are either really mean or lazy, or incredibly kind and hardworking. Merci falls under the “incredibly kind and hardworking” umbrella, and I really mean this when I say that it means A LOT to me, and here is why:
I had to put my uncle’s property under my name, which means that the insurance needed to be put under my name as well. I contacted Texas Farm Bureau (who my great uncle used for all his insurance policies) several times (and over several weeks) to make this happen, and every time they said they would get on it, but they never did. I also talked to different people, so this was not one person was being dismissive, it was multiple people on the team. They just forgot about me every single time (they openly admitted to it.) This was a time sensitive issue. I already had to deal with insurance claims a few times during this ordeal, and we all know that if they get any chance to deny you, then they will absolutely do it, so I needed the issue to be resolved as quickly as possible. They just didn’t seem to care at all (meanwhile I’m sitting around stressing out because I know about the crazy weather up there, I know how much a new roof costs, I know how much it costs to put in a new fence, etc.) So I finally decided to take my business elsewhere. I called Cory Hernandez State Farm out of Sherman, and got on the line with Merci. She literally spent hours on the phone with me in order to get my situation taken care of. She proceeded to get the place insured AND set me up with cheaper car insurance within 24 hours! I couldn’t believe how efficient she was, and she was so easy to talk to. During this two year ordeal I have had only one other person take that much time to help me with such a pressing issue (shout out to Fidelity, those guys are great when it comes to estate matters.) After dealing with Tx Farm Bureau’s shenanigans, I was taken aback at how quickly she was able to make things happen. It was a HUGE weight lifted off my shoulders, so here I am letting you know how reliable this particular team member is. I highly recommend these guys, particularly Merci!"

"My sister is insured with Cory and shared his name with me. I've been with another company 39 years (Farmers) and was getting frustrated with the continual increases in premium and total lack of communication from the agent. Cory's policy expert spent over 3 hours with me over the phone getting the new quotes, finding the correct coverages, and explaining their systems. I have never met any of these people before and she spent that much time with me to ensure accuracy and to answer all of my questions. If this is how a brand new customer is treated, I can't wait to see what happens next.
