"Stacy worked hard for me and all my questions yesterday. I was comfortable with changing my auto and homeowner insurance. That is a difficult decision for me because I have trust issues. Stacy said the right things and I changed. This morning I talked to Nora and she checked with my mortgage company to make sure they had what they needed for me to cancel my former insurance company. Again Nora held my hand and advised me that all is well with the mortgage company. Thank both of you for helping an old man accept a better less expensive policies Bill"
